Djapic said at a press conference on Saturday he was honoured to be heading "a victorious slate" and that the HSP would emerge from the elections as the strongest single party.
Confident of electoral success, Djapic pledged there would be no acts of revenge or dismissals from work and that professional qualifications would be the only condition for employment in the City Council and other services.
Our aim is to launch programmes that will be of importance to citizens, including those aimed at creating new jobs and dealing with the social and economic situation in the city, the HSP leader said.
