Addressing the deputies in the Parliament of Serbia and Montenegro on the occasion of the third anniversary of the country's admission into the Council of Europe, Davis said Serbia and Montenegro was at an important watershed, adding that the country must meet its obligations towards the UN war crimes tribunal in The Hague entirely and without a delay.
The CoE secretary general also met Serbia President Boris Tadic and the head of the national council for cooperation with the ICTY, Rasim Ljajic, Serbian Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica and Serbia and Montenegro Foreign Minister Vuk Draskovic.
On Friday Davis will travel to Podgorica and hold talks with top Montenegrin officials.
