Dodik made the statement after meeting ICTY Chief Prosecutor Carla del Ponte in Banja Luka on Wednesday.
"I informed the chief prosecutor that we have no doubts regarding the arrest of war crimes suspects and the Republika Srpska government will dedicate all of its capabilities to this problem, which must be solved as soon as possible," Dodik said, adding that del Ponte expected the authorities to intensify activities to arrest war crimes suspects.
He said that the meeting also addressed measures to dismantle the network helping ICTY fugitives and the full engagement of the prosecution and courts in Bosnia-Herzegovina in solving that problem.
"Republika Srpska has the political will and is ready to arrest Hague indictees. Along with ICTY investigators, members of the Agency for Investigations and Protection and police are working on the ground," Dodik said, adding that their activities would not be obstructed by anyone.
Dodik and del Ponte held the meeting at the EUFOR base in Ramici near Banja Luka. After the meeting, del Ponte did not speak to the press but left for Belgrade.
