After a session of the cantonal government, Culture and Sports Minister Emir Hadzihafizbegovic told the press it was impossible to say at present if the concert scheduled for May 10 would take place as the organiser, the Croatian Catholic Charity, had not begun with preparations.
Nonetheless, the cantonal government maintains that the concert would be inappropriate given the "xenophobic messages" in Perkovic's performances, said Hadzihafizbegovic.
The Jewish community in the Bosnian capital and some associations of Bosnian Army war veterans have already raised their voice against the planned concert.
