SARAJEVO, March 20 (Hina) - Bosnian Deputy Foreign Minister Ana
Trisic-Babic and the state secretary at the Croatian Foreign Ministry, Hido
Biscevic, met in Sarajevo on Tuesday to discuss preparations for an upcoming
visit by Croatian Prime Minister Ivo Sanader to the Bosnian capital, the
Bosnian Foreign Ministry said in a statement. Biscevic said the late
March visit confirmed the Croatian government's orientation to develop good
neighbourly relations and assist Bosnia and Herzegovina in Euro-Atlantic
integration.
Trisic-Babic and Biscevic discussed agreements on dual citizenship,
borders, the employment of Bosnian workers in Croatia, property rights
relations, the port of Ploce, passage through Neum, and the building of the
Peljesac bridge.
The two officials agreed those agreements must be based on European
standards and that their signing would be proof of good bilateral relations.
