Kosovo opts for cooperation with the international community on the principles of partnership, openness and political pragmatism, Qeku told Radio Kosovo.
"Kosovo's independence is a reality which is why we demand it recognised without a delay. There is not reason that Kosovo be held hostage to a difficult path Serbia is taking. Kosovo needs and encouragement and support on the path of development and European integration processes," Qeku said.
We want Kosovo to find its place in the European Union, Qeku said adding that he wanted the same for Serbia.
