"I believe that the project of the future is dominant today, without forgetting the past and totalitarianism of the 20th century," Radin said on Tuesday evening in Trieste.
Radin was present at the wreath-laying ceremonies the three presidents held in that Italian city.
The leader of the Croat community in Trieste and Italy, Damir Murkovic, described as very useful President Josipovic's meeting with Italian Croat representatives earlier on Tuesday in Trieste.
According to Murkovic, there are 15,000 Croats in Trieste and Italy has a 60,000-strong Croat community.
