The top of the pyramid, notably the team that will prepare Ljubljana's position, will consist of the prime minister and a lawyer who will represent Slovenia before the tribunal,
That lawyer will be picked from among the most prominent jurists, Pahor said pointing to the importance of making a distinction between that legal representative and Slovenia's arbitrator.
The success of the arbitration will hinge on the course of preparations at the highest expert level, Pahor said addressing lawmakers who are expected later in the day to endorse the decision on the arbitration agreement after the deal was supported at the 6 June referendum.
At the referendum, 51.5 percent of Slovenians supported the border arbitration deal.
