PODGORICA, July 9 (Hina) - Croatia's Agrokor concern is no longer the owner of Stampa, the biggest retail chain in Montenegro, after the Podgorica-based Roksped and Agrokor concluded an agreement on the acquisition of Stampa.

the owner of Stampa, the biggest retail chain in Montenegro, after the
Podgorica-based Roksped and Agrokor concluded an agreement on the acquisition
of Stampa. The acquisition deal was reached in Dubrovnik on
Wednesday.
Stampa has 188 shops in Montenegro with 590 people on its payroll.
After the acquisition of Stampa, Roksped now has 268 retail shops and
778 employees.
Last year Agrokor purchased two companies in Montenegro: Stampa and
Trgopres, and has been since then the biggest player on the Montenegrin market
of the printing press market.
