ZAGREB, Dec 23 (Hina) - Parents of critically ill children, gathered in the "Kolibrici" association, on Saturday sent an open letter to the government expressing their dissatisfaction with the Health Ministry's plan to set up a fund to collect financial donations for the purchase of drugs for rare or grave diseases that are not on the Croatian Health Insurance Institute's list of approved drugs, as well as with the government and its ministers' treatment of the sick.
