ZAGREB, Dec 8 (Hina) - A parliamentary debate on draft amendments to the social welfare legislation, which were presented by the Demography, Family and Youth Affairs Minister Nada Mruganic, was overshadowed by the exchange of accusations over the delivery of gifts in a private daycare centre run by nuns a few days ago which the Opposition find disputable and insist that the presents intended for destitute children should not have been handed out in that private kindergarten.
