ZAGREB, Dec 13 (Hina) - Health Minister Milan Kujundzic said on Wednesday that revenues collected from higher cigarette prices would definitely be appropriated for the healthcare system, adding that a price rise of a mere one kuna definitely would not be conducive to efforts to have fewer smokers in the country.
