ZAGREB, Nov 29 (Hina) - The Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts (HAZU) on Wednesday underscored that the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) ruling against six wartime Bosnian Croat civilian and military leaders was unjust and was not based on historical facts and that it would not contribute to reconciliation, as well as that in the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina, there was no joint criminal enterprise on Croatia's part nor a plan involving actions that were contrary to the international legal order.
