ZAGREB, Nov 29 (Hina) - Croatian lawyers with work experience before the Hague war crimes tribunal said on Wednesday that they were surprised at the judgement by the Appeals Chamber of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) upholding the Trial Chamber's ruling about a joint criminal enterprise in the case of Prlic et al., and several of the legal experts said the final ruling was unfavourable for Croatia.
