ZAGREB, Nov 26 (Hina) - An appeals chamber of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) will on Wednesday announce, as part of its final verdict in the case "Prlic et al", its decision on whether there existed a Croatian joint criminal enterprise aimed at ethnically cleansing parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is what prompted Croatia to try to become involved in the proceedings as a friend of the court (amicus curiae) during the trial and the appeals proceedings in the case against six Bosnian Croats.
