ZAGREB, Nov 29 (Hina) - Croatia did not participate in any criminal enterprise, but Croatia was the first to offer a friendly hand to Bosnia and Herzegovina and took in the largest number of refugees, while the judgement by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) in The Hague is not a judgement against Croatia, its citizens or the future, the Croatian People's Party (HNS) said on Wednesday.
