"Foreign guests make up about 90 percent of tourists in Croatia and that's why this award is important for promoting Croatian tourism on foreign markets. Nice stories and impressions of Croatia, based on personal experience, are the best recommendation and encouragement to those who have not yet discovered the magic and natural beauties of our country to do so soon," Tourism Minister Gari Cappelli said in his address.
The HTZ underscored the value of a professional approach to the presentation of Croatia in foreign media and thanked the journalists for their contribution to the promotion of Croatian tourism worldwide.
