Tehnix, headquartered in the northern Croatian town of Donji Kraljevec, has 325 people on its payroll and 50 patents for waste management equipment design and manufacturing. It sells over 350 own products.
Kristijan Milakovic of the Nicro company, specialised in producing the equipment for the food industry, won the award for the technological innovations
Habiba Legac of the Feroimpex, specialised in production of bearings, parts for automobile and railway industry won the award for international achievements.
Attending the ceremony, Croatian Economy Minister Tomislav Panenic pledged that the current government would pursue business-friendly policies.
