ZAGREB, Feb 23 (Hina) - Croatian President Kolinda Graba-Kitarovic on Tuesday received the vice president of the Chinese National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), Ning Jizhe, who was visiting Croatia with a large delegation to concretise the political agreements reached at the highest level after Grabar-Kitarovic's meeting with Chinese President Hu Jintao in Beijing.
