Last year, the average price per square metre of a new flat in the capital of Zagreb went down by 1.4% to 11,797 kuna in 2015, whereas prices in other urban areas rose by 3.6% on average to HRK 9,617.
In 2015, a total of 1,672 new flats covering 115,777 square metres were sold, 839 of them in Zagreb and 833 in other residential areas.
The trend of the prices of new flats sold in 2015 hints at market stabilisation, the Croatian Chamber of Commerce has said.
