(Hina) - Croatian Parliament Speaker Josip Leko said
on Tuesday he was not disappointed by the dismissal of the genocide
suits Croatia and Serbia filed against each other at the International
Court of Justice (ICJ), and that it was important that the ICJ found
that Croatia was a victim, that there were crimes for which today's
judgement did not eliminate accountability and that those guilty of
them should be found and punished.
