ZAGREB, Jan 15
(Hina) - The County Court in Velika Gorica on
Wednesday turned down as inadmissible a complaint by the family of
Yugoslav-era Croat dissident Stjepan Djurekovic, killed in Germany in
1983, to the court ruling refusing the extradition of former Yugoslav
intelligence chief Zdravko Mustac to Germany, which wants him for
suspected involvement in the Djurekovic murder.
