ZAGREB, Jan 3
(Hina) - Josip Perkovic, a former intelligence agent
in the Yugoslav-era secret agencies and in Croatia, who was released
from remand prison in Zagreb on Friday after being placed in custody
pending extradition to Germany, where he is wanted for involvement in
the murder of dissident Stjepan Djurekovic near Munich in 1983, will
have to give his personal documents to the court and will be forbidden
to leave Zagreb, the Zagreb County Court ruled replacing investigative
custody with precautionary measures.
