Great Britain finished second for the tenth time, with 49 golds and a total of 124 medals in this international multi-sport parasports event governed by the International Paralympic Committee.
The United States finished third, with 36 golds and 105 medals in total.
Croatia: One gold, one silver and two bronze medals
Croatia's table tennis player Anđela Mužinić Vincetić won the gold medal in the WS3 category, Luka Baković won the bronze in the shot put in the F46 category, and swimmer Dino Sinovčić won the bronze in the 100m backstroke in the S6 category, while Deni Černi won the silver medal in the men's shot put F33 event at the Paris Paralympic Games, setting a personal record with a throw of 12.18m.
Croatia ranks 59th on the medals tally in Paris, out of 85 nations that won medals in the games.
Overall, Croatian Paralympians have won 30 medals at Summer Paralympic Games - six golds, nine silvers and 15 bronzes.
