ZAGREB, 22 Aug (Hina) - Croatia's junior informatics team has won two silver medals and one bronze at the 8th European Junior Olympiad in Informatics (EOIJ 2024), held in Moldova, the Croatian Informatics Association said.
The EOIJ 2024 took place from 16 to 22 August in Chisinau.
Croatia was represented by a team of four primary school students, with seventh-graders Borna Gudac from Kraljevica and Ivo Pavičić from Zagreb winning silver medals, while Luka Rančić, an eighth-grader from Split won a bronze. The fourth competitor in the Croatian team was Nikola Vlašić, an eighth-grader from Čavle.
The Croatian team was led by Nikola Dmitrović, Fran Babić and Krešimir Malnar.
