On its Internet site (http://www.zgh.hr/aktualnosti-10/investitori/2370) the Invitation to Investors to Subscribe to the First Tranche of the Notes of the Company Zagrebački Holding d.o.o. in the Total Nominal Value of the Issue of the First Tranche up to HRK 1,800,000,000 and with Maturity in 2023 ("Invitation to Subscribe") in which it has invited interested investors to subscribe, in the first tranche, to the notes ("Notes"), whereas the total maximum nominal amount of the entire issue is up to HRK 2,300,000,000.00, while the first tranche of the Notes will expectedly be up to the maximum amount of HRK 1,800,000,000.00 (the "First Tranche").
The First Tranche of the Notes shall be offered to investors in the Republic of Croatia who will pay for the subscribed notes a minimum amount of HRK 200,000.00 as per subscription of the Notes per each individual offer. The details of the issue and the subscription of the First Tranche are given in more detail in the Invitation to Subscribe.
