She underscored that negotiations were underway for a regular route twice a week between Chongqing and Zadar and Rome.
Following a record high 495,000 passengers in 2014, which was 5% more than in 2013, Zadar airport estimates that the number of passengers catered for by this Croatian airport may be slightly fewer in 2015.
The charter flights between Chongqing and Zadar were agreed to last week when a Croatian delegation headed by the director of the Chinese Southeast European Business Association (CSEBA) Mario Rendulic visited China and launched concrete negotiations for potential travel packages to Croatian airports.
