Bosnian Serbs want Council of Ministers session outside Sarajevo

MOSTAR, June 12 (Hina) - Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik and the Bosnian Serb entity's representatives in Bosnian state institutions on Tuesday requested an urgent Council of Ministers session outside Sarajevo, which they consider unsafe, so that an agreement on border crossings could be signed with Croatia.

They accused Bosniak politicians of last week's hostage crisis in the building of state institutions after citizens protested against the non-adoption of a law on personal identification numbers

All representatives of the entity government and opposition said the violent protests in Sarajevo were political motivated as well as incited by part of the international community.

Dodik told reporters they concluded that the Council of Ministers should be urgently convened "at a safer location" to deal with a series of important issues related to Croatia's July 1 European Union accession, including the border crossings.
