The U.S. Department of Agriculture will issue its monthly supply and demand estimates at 0830 EST. Industry sources expect the report to remain largely unchanged from November, when the USDA put the crop at 18.59 million 480-lb bales. Analyst estimates ranged from 18.6 million to 18.788 million bales for the December forecast. March settled 0.36 cent lower at 76.17 cents per pound, traded 76.45 to 76.10 cents. The back months closed 0.62 to 0.40 cent lower. Volume was estimated at 7,000 lots, compared with Tuesday's official volume of 6,519 lots. 121118 MET dec 96
