ZAGREB, April 20 (Hina) - Representatives of the Croatian Association of Judges (UHS) and World Bank experts on judiciary on Tuesday discussed the improvement of the financial situation in the Croatian judiciary and its efficiency
through World Bank loans. The World Bank has proposed a pilot-project, which in the next five months should improve the efficiency of courts which have a high number of unresolved cases, such as business courts in Zagreb, Split and Rijeka. The final draft and possible loan lines connected with it will be presented after a meeting of World Bank experts and Croatian government officials, to take place soon, World Bank representative Yves Duvivier said after today's meeting at the Zagreb County Court.
