VITEZ, Dec 20 (Hina) - The humanitarian convoy for Nova Bila was
still in Pavlovice, the check-point of the Moslem Army, at about
10:00 Monday, reported Hina correspondent from Vitez.
Official of the UNPROFOR British Battalion Simon Gell gave a
message of Moslem forces with their new requests to the Croatian
Defence Council (HVO) command in Vitez at about 09:30 hours.
The message said that the Moslem convoy, which arrived in Novi
Travnik from Bugojno, will not pass through the areas under the HVO
control in the Lasva valley. Moslems request that HVO should allow
four vehicles of the Nova Bila-bound convoy to be delivered to
Moslems in Old Vitez - the section of Mahala and in Kruscica. As
soon as the vehicles enter the above mentioned sections, the Nova
Bila-bound convoy can leave for Novi Travnik and Nova Bila.
The local HVO command accepted the new Moslem requests in order
that the humanitarian convoy could reach its destination, reported
Hina correspondent from Vitez.
