ZAGREB, Dec 14 (Hina) - Some 831 Croatians died or were killed in
the Banja Luka area, the Croatian Community in northwest Bosnia
said in a statement today.
There were no war conflicts in this area to account for these
deaths, the statement pointed out.
Serb authorities systematically terrorised non-Serb residents
with heavy weapons attacks on houses, robberies, general harassment
and forcing people to join 'work brigades'.
The statement said little was said or written on Croatian
suffering under the Serb occupation of Banja Luka.
