GENEVA, Feb 10 (Hina) - The tripartite meeting between delegations
of Croats, Moslems and Serbs from Bosnia-Herzegovina, which was
held today under the chairmanship of Owen and Stoltenberg, ended
without progress.
The Serb side led by Radovan Karadzic practically excluded
itself from the talks by persistent demanding for a mixed
investigation commission for establishing facts about the terrorist
attack launched at the Sarajevo market place.
Moslems led by Haris Silajdzic and the three-member delegation
of Bosnian Croats continued the talks in such conditions in the
context of today's Joint Statement signed by Granic and Silajdzic.
The talks focused on concrete issues on the territorial
arrangement and demarcation lines.
