OTOCEC NA KRKI, Feb 2 (Hina) - Croatian and Slovene Ministers of
Economy Nadan Vidosevic and Maks Tajnikar held talks on problems
related to the Krsko nuclear power plant in Otocac Na Krki,
Slovenia, today.
"We agreed that the Croatian side would pay the first part of
the debt to the amount of DEM 14 millions until 5 February, while
it would pay the rest of the debt, DEM 22 millions, no later than 1
August," Minister Tajnikar told journalists after the talks.
Minister Vidosevic said that he was satisfied with the talks.
"We paid special attention to the need of regular operation of the
Krsko nuclear power plant, as well as to future relations between
Croatia and Slovenia as the owners of the nuclear power plant,"
said Vidosevic and added that the memorandum from today's meeting
would be signed on 5 February.
