SISAK, May 3 (Hina) - The commander of Serb paramilitary forces,
Gen. Milan Celeketic, yesterday fled fighting around Jasenovac,
seeking safety in Serb-held Bosnia.
Croatian police found a BMW with his documents, which he
abandoned in his panic-stricken flight from advancing Croatian
troops.
The security situation in the newly-liberated areas was
satisfactory, Sisak police superintendent, Vladimir Milankovic,
told Refugee Radio.
