CROATIAN HOUSE OPENED IN SWISS TOWN BUCHS

BUCHS, March 26 (Hina) - The Croatian House and the HDZ Croatian Democratic Union party's central office for Switzerland was today opened in the Swiss town of Buchs. The ceremonial opening was attended by Croatian Ambassador to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, Zdenko Skrabalo, the HDZ deputy secretary-general, Bruno Uroic, the HDZ for Switzerland head, Vinko Sabljo, the Croatian World Congress head, Branko Grizelj, and many Croats and their Swiss friends. The House and the HDZ office will serve for the party's activities as well as for the promotion of the Croatian interests in Switzerland where around 100,000 Croat immigrants live. Ambassador Skrabalo announced that another two Croatian houses, one in Winterthur, Switzerland, and one Liechtenstein, would be soon opened. (hina) mms 261532 MET mar 95
