SISAK, Feb 23 (Hina) - Rebel Serb authorities in UN Protected Area
North today broke up talks on the opening of a water plant in
occupied Novo Seliste (near Petrinja) and the Petrinja-Sisak
pipeline.
At a meeting held last month at the Danish UNPROFOR battalion
base in Cesko Selo (near Petrinja), local Serb representatives
promised to make it possible for Sisak waterworks experts to
inspect the pumping station and the pipeline.
According to the manager of the Sisak-based Waterworks Co,
Vladimir Miletic, the Serbs are refusing any further talks on the
implementaiton of the Dec 2 Economic Agreement.
