ZAGREB, Jan 3 (Hina) - The Zagreb-Lipovac highway is soon to open
on a round-the-clock basis, in line with the Dec 2 agreement, the
UN in Zagreb said today.
During Christmas holidays the highway was open for 24 hours,
but it now reverted to its former 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. regime.
"The holidays were a trial period which passed without
incidents," UN spokesman Michael Williams told reporters.
The highway was still not open for international traffic - a
matter to be settled by Zagreb and Belgrade, he said.
