ZAGREB, Dec 10 (Hina) - The Croatian Parliament House of Counties
on Tuesday rejected the suggestion of the suspended president of
the Supreme Court that the House should decide about a request to
exclude the president and two members of a panel of judges from
disciplinary proceedings conducted against the Supreme Court
President, Krunoslav Olujic.
The Upper House established that it was not in its
constitutional and legal jurisdiction to resolve such requests.
The House established also that the exclusion was not a part
of the disciplinary proceedings conducted by the panel.
The house accepted several bills this afternoon, among which
was the Bill on the system of price control.
