detailed plan of activities of the international community in
Bosnia-Herzegovina for the year 1997, began in London on Wednesday

Representatives of 56 countries and international
organizations are participating at the two-day conference.
The Croatian delegation is headed by Foreign Minister Mate
Granic.
Participating in the conference are also US Deputy Secretary
of State Strobe Talbott, foreign ministers Yevgeniy Primakov of
Russia, as well as of EU countries, Japan, Switzerland, Saudi
Arabia, Malaysia, former Yugoslav countries and their neighbouring
countries.
Bosnia-Herzegovina will be officially represented by its
three-member Presidency, Foreign Minister Jadranko Prlic, President
of the Republika Srpska Biljana Plavsic and Bosnian Federation
Vice-President Ejup Ganic.
Representatives of the UN, European Commission, World Bank,
European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and
Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) are
participating in the conference as well.
The conference will primarily deal with civil issues of the
peace agreement for Bosnia-Herzegovina, with an accent on the
responsibility of the three sides in Bosnia in its implementation.
