ZAGREB, 4 Dec (Hina) - The strike of the Croatian Railway Workers'
Union, which started on 28 November, continued on Wednesday. All

Croatian army and the International Implementation Force (IFOR),
the strikers' main operational headquarters said this morning. #L#
According to the Railway Workers' Union, all railway services
were suspended late Monday because of pressure the Croatian
Railways (HZ) management exerted on Union members, forcing them to
end the strike. This caused the suspension of even minimal railway
traffic on Croatian railways, which had been ordered by the HZ
management.
The Union will not restore minimal railway traffic unless the
HZ management allows a suspended railway worker to return to work
and punish all persons responsible for the harassment of strikers,
the operational headquarters said.
