SARAJEVO, Oct 29 (Hina) - Bosnia-Herzegovina's three-member
Presidency on Tuesday decided to establish a special working group
for preparing the basis of Bosnian delegation's harmonized
attitudes at Paris and London conferences on Bosnia's peace
accord's implementation, due to be in November and December.
Bosnia's Foreign Minister Jadranko Prlic told a press
conference about results of Tuesday's meeting held in the National
Museum building in Sarajevo.
Prlic said the Presidency members, Alija Izetbegovic, Kresimir
Zubak and Momcilo Krajisnik had discussed a foreign policy.
He announced that for the next meeting the Presidency would
make a report on vacant offices in diplomatic and consular
missions. Prlic added that officials for those functions would be
chosen according to the Bosnia's Constitution and the national
structure of the population.
He declined to say how many offices would be taken by Bosnian
Serbs, adding that the Presidency would decide on this matter.
The international High Representative for the peace accord's
implementation, Carl Bildt said the Presidency had also talked
about the establishment of Bosnia-Herzegovina's ministerial
council. He predicted that several meetings would be needed until
the issue was resolved.
The Bosnian Presidency agreed that the first governor of
Bosnia-Herzegovina's Central Bank would be a Frenchman Serge
Roberts, appointed by the International Monetary Fund. He will take
the six-year-long mandate of the governor.
