The Moslem side set a condition that a Moslem be appointed as
commander of the Joint Police in Mostar.
Coric stressed this was not in compliance with the agreements
reached so far, adding that they had agreed that the coordinator of
the Joint Police in Mostar be a member of the international police
force, while the commander's two deputies be a Moslem and a Croat.
