stoned at the Stolac-Capljina road in southern Bosnia-Herzegovina
on Thursday afternoon, Spanish IFOR brigade spokesman in
Medjugorje, Ramon Alvarez said on Friday. #L#
The bus's windows had been smashed and a woman had been
lightly wounded, he said.
Besides the international police, accompanying the bus was an
IFOR communications officer.
The IFOR officer had fired two shots in the air to calm the
situation, after which the bus continued on its way towards Mostar,
Alvarez said.
