Monday received the Austrian Human Rights Institute director Franz
Matscher. Present at the talks was Croatia's Constitutional Court

Granic thanked Matscher for Austria's support to Croatia's
membership bid to the Council of Europe.
He said his country attached great importance to the human
rights' protection and added that several dozen international
governmental and non-governmental organizations for human rights'
protections were working in Croatia.
Granic said Croatia was open to every kind of cooperation and
assistance that institutions such as the Austrian Human Rights
Institute is, could offer.
Matscher talked with Constitution Court judges on Monday as
well.
He will deliver a lecture on "Methods of Interpreting the
Convention" at Diplomatic Academy in Zagreb on Tuesday.
