It is estimated that the weapons were hidden in a
warehouse near Han Pijesak and were noticed when an
unregistered convoy started towards Sokoc.
It was established that the persons who had accompanied
the vehicles were members of the Bosnian armed forces.
They were held at the IFOR base for a short time after
which they were allowed to return to their unit. The
armoured vehicles were left at the IFOR headquarters.
