BRCKO, 5 Sept (Hina/Habena) - According to Bosnian Serb radio in Brcko, the Serbs from Brcko yesterday prevented a Federation delegation from inspecting the state of industrial facilities, the railway line Brcko-Vinkovci and bridges
over the Sava river in the area, the Herzeg-Bosnian news agency Habena said. The Serb representative in the arbitration commission for Brcko, Vitomir Popovic, demanded from the head of the arbitration council Roberts Owen to ban such visits.

The visit of Federation inspectors to Brcko could 'provoke the
Serb people in the city', Popovic said, adding he might no longer
participate in the arbitration procedure. Popovic also accused Owen
of being partial.
