'The implementation of the elections is essential because they
could help dissolve the current nationalist structures and
introduce new authorities', said one of the leaders of the Joint
List, Sejfudin Tokic, who is the vice president of the Union of
Social-democrats of Bosnia-Herzegovina.
Commenting on yesterday's meeting of representatives of 11
political parties with the president of the Bosnian Presidency
Alija Izetbegovic and the president of the Parliament of Bosnia-
Herzegovina, Miro Lazovic, Joint List representatives said that
conditions for the conduct of elections were non-existent, but that
no clear stand had been voiced which could demand their
postponement.
