Since last week, there had been three new bomb attacks in
which houses of opposition supporters had been damaged. The last
attack had for its target the house of one of local leaders of the
Party for Bosnia (led by Haris Silajdzic).
'The situation in Cazin is very tense and it seems that the
local police are doing nothing to disperse the tension', Ivanko
said. Michael McLay, spokesman for the office of the high
international peace coordinator Carl Bildt said that Bildt was very
worried about the latest reports from Cazin. Bildt would soon visit
Cazin to assess the human rights situation in the town.
