McLay confirmed that the whole project was directed toward
linking the existing small independent TV stations into one system.
The TV network TVIN would include two independent TV stations
from Sarajevo, one from Tuzla and one from eastern Mostar. The
project would also include a group of journalists from Banja Luka.
The independent TV network would be based in Sarajevo.
TVIN's program would cover all larger urban areas in Bosnia-
Herzegovina, McLay said.
The network would be organized under the supervision of the
International Journalists' Federation (IJF). It was expected from
the governments of Bosnia-Herzegovina, the Federation and the Serb
entity to fully support the project and secure normal broadcasting
of the program, McLay said.
